It’s time for a top 10 Tuesday and is ran currently by that artsy reader girl.
What this week is for first Tuesday of the year is books you can keep reading over and over again.
1. Love songs and other lies by Jessica Pennington
This story is sooo cute. The romance to the band life. And seeing how the whole story can play out. Well worth the quick read. And Jessica has became with kasie west my fav contemporary author. And her second book was good that’s out in April. So pre order when summer ends!
2. Vampire academy/ bloodlines by Richelle mead
This is a full series but for me loved all the books. But has nice balance of regular life living with the dark aspect of a vampire world and magical setting and if want a kick butt characters from the women to the guys this is well worth it.
3. Cinder/ the lunar chronicals
Crazy I know another fantasy in my favs. This series is also Awsome and spot on. Has the nice dystopian aspect with evil hanging down, funny characters that can just love. While also the scare with a deadly plague. Right amount of romance and each book is great since it’s retelling while 100% completely its own story!!
4.the selection
This book series is sooo cute. It’s one I will do once a year and not often you find a contemporary series. But in this book you can proubly find your next fictional boyfriend I won’t say who but so worth it!! With mild dystopian and older times in a book even though set in the way future. So highly suggest adding this and if you love the bachelor/ bachelorette it’s for you.
5. Geekerella by Ashley poston
This last one is contemporary and it does a magic on my fav tellings with Cinderella and sooo worth the read. It’s funny and no hope in site still get that light in the distance. And just want to route for the mc so much. Plus this book is very geeky and super pop cultured which is sick!!
So what are some of your go to reads??
I don’t think Vampire Academy is one of my favourites in terms of genre/theme/setting but it was *so* readable and I never wanted to stop reading! Cinder and the other books in the series were really great too.

I adored Vampire Academy and Bloodlines. I need to get up the courage to read the last two Bloodline books this year. I don’t have a go to book or series, to be honest. There’s books I reread all the time, but I wouldn’t call them my go to books.
