It’s not a secret that I love Vampires. They are dark, preternaturally beautiful, moody, and will sweep you off of your feet as they drain your body of its sweet nectar. *sigh* They are so perfect. So I’m always searching for a new Vampire book to fall in love with.

This book has been recommended to me because of one of the main characters, Jaxon. They claim him to be impulsive, and swoony with a major attitude. Which is everything I’m looking for but sadly this wasn’t that great.

I was excited to read this because of the high recommendations, so the hype was high. It just started dull and ended with me being so bored that I lost interest in reading anything. I was waiting for something big to happen and when I thought that it was going to happen soon, I was let down. After going through that a few times, I couldn’t waste any more of my time with this book.

This made me so depressed because none of the characters were likable. They all seemed like arrogant jerks and I wasn’t ready to deal with all of that. Grace has to be the absolute worst.

But why the two stars instead of one? My rating was bumped up due to the sassy titles of every chapter. They actually made me laugh out loud and they were the only things that I’ve read all the way through in this book.

Crave was thanks but no, thanks. It just was too slow for my liking. When big secrets are hidden, I want intrigue, major drama, and explosive reveals but I didn’t make it that far to enjoy it.
