It’s Monday, What Are You Reading? 10/11/21

Good morning and happy Monday!

I hope everyone is doing great and reading amazing books.

Halloween is right around the corner and I’m so excited. If you have any spooky books to recommend, please share.

This week I’m going to read a ya slasher book, a graphic novel that I’ve had sitting on my shelves for quite some time, and a non-fiction book about the rise of black metal.

What are you reading this week?

Eight girls will break into the Poison Apple Carnival after hours for a scavenger hunt, then at sunrise they’ll gather for a celebration in honor of their upcoming senior year.

But someone else has another game planned. Minutes after the girls sneak into the carnival, a madman in a rubber mask begins slashing his way through the group and Violet quickly realizes his motives are personal. As she watches her friends die in a series of increasingly bizarre attacks, she must fight to survive while trying to answer the question: What could she have done to earn a fast-pass for a roller coaster ride straight to hell?

  1. OOoh nice! I love a good YA thriller! For some reason I tend to enjoy them more than adult ones. Though I still enjoy those too! Guess I’ve just had good luck with picking YA ones lately! Lol. Hope you enjoy all the reads this week!
